The Fit Traveler Collection - Policies, Shipping & Returns Guide


SHIPPING POLICY We work hard to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

  • Orders ship within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Standard shipping time is 3-7 business days (US orders).

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders $75 or more.

  • You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


RETURN POLICY We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

EXCHANGES We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

  • Exchanges must not have been worn or damaged and must be returned in original packaging.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We ship Worldwide.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email TheFitTravelerCollection@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will make it right.
